Abstract
(A) Schematic representation of the human c-fos-promoter-driven firefly luciferase (GL3) expression vector. The c-fos gene construct contains 360 base pairs of c-fos upstream regulatory sequence, two exons containing the coding region and first intron. The start of transcription is indicated by an arrow. GL3 gene is expressed as a fusion protein with N-terminal (63 a.a.) of the c-fos gene product.
