Abstract
Intense uptake of 67Ga was demonstrated in a 15-year-old female with actinomycosis of the liver. The 67Ga uptake in the liver corresponded precisely with the cold area detected on the radiocolloid scan. Early detection of an unusual site for an actinomycotic abscess was greatly facilitated by a 67Ga scan.
