Abstract

3 men showing autoagglutination of spermatozoa were given 250 mg depot injections of testosterone enanthate once or twice weekly for 6 weeks then 250 mg every 2 weeks once sperm density had been reduced for a total dosage of 2000-3500 mg. Acrosin activity fell along with sperm density and trypsin-inhibitor activity showed a concomitant rise. Autoagglutination disappeared. Some wives became pregnant under these conditions.
