Abstract

Digital holography is a digitized holography. The quantitative phase reconstruction is the unique advantage of digital holography. The recording and numerical reconstruction of digital hologram was analyzed. An off-axis lensless Fourier holographic setup and an off-axis Fresnel holographic system with pre-magnification were built. The phase aberration of the two types systems were analyzed and compared. A phase reconstruction method based on an automatic correction procedure was discussed. The phase image of a micro structure object recorded with lensless Fourier setup was obtained by the automatic procedure combining manual adjustment method. The results show that in the case of strong noise, the accurate phase image can be reconstructed by compensating the wavefront deformation with the automatic compensation procedure and subsequently a manual adjustment process.
