Abstract
Abstract The Polish Supreme Court has dispelled doubts about the national statute of limitation for non-pecuniary claims arising from continuous infringements. Even though the case involved Audi AG’s frontline EU trade mark (EUTM), the Supreme Court decided on a limitation period under national law, not the EUTM acquiescence.
