Abstract

The dependence of the acid−base equilibrium constants for glycine on the ionic strength of NaClO4, KCl, and KBr solutions was systematically studied. The Guggenheim, Scatchard, Pitzer, and quasi-lattice models were used to express the activity coefficients for the species involved in the equilibrium.
