Abstract

What happens when a company listens to its customers and uses their feedback to finetune a product. Dominos Pizza did just that last year by introducing a plan to “reinvent pizza from the crust up.” What does pizza have to do with a medical device or a diagnostic product? Very little, in fact. But listening to your customer and using that feedback— whether it comes via a customer service issue or a customer complaint—is an example of using customer feedback to reinvent a product.
