Abstract

In this article the author, Eugénio Monteiro of the Historical Archives of Mozambique, explores access to information within a frame of rights and transparent governance. He brings a Mozambican focus to the topic, and places special emphasis on the role of archives. ESARBICA Journal Vol.21 2002: 17-23
