Abstract
The paper highlights data on the mechanisms of action and efficacy of aceclofenac in chronic inflammatory diseases of the joint and spine (rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthritis) and osteoarthritis (OA). It shows the comparable efficacy of aceclofenac and nonselective nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in different rheumatic diseases. Randomized controlled trials and meta-analyses have revealed the high gastrointestinal safety of aceclofenac, which is comparable with that of celecoxib, including the low risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Since aceclofenac has no negative effect on the articular cartilage and has a good tolerability, it may be given to persons of any age, including long-term use, which does not affect the safety of treatment.

800 600 Ацеклофенак 400 Диклофенак 200 в Суммарный индекс ми НПВП; оценку частоты отмены препарата (7 исследований, 2200 пациентов ОА): не установлено преимуществ ацеклофенака перед другими НПВП, но частота его отмены была меньше, чем парацетамола; наблюдалось некоторое преимущество ацеклофенака по частоте отмены из-за отсутствия эффекта, из-за НЯ, а также из-за НЯ со стороны ЖКТ. Хотя препарат преимущественно выводит- том, что при лечении НПВП риск язвенных осложнений ся почками в виде метаболитов, значительных изменений увеличивается примерно в 4 раза, особенно при наличии его фармакокинетики при умеренной почечной недостаточ- других факторов риска, таких как язвенная болезнь в анамности не отмечено. Что препарат не уступает по лочку ЖКТ: его ульцерогенная доза в эксперименте была эффективности при РЗ высокоэффективным в отношении примерно в 4 раза выше, чем у диклофенака, индометацина боли и воспаления н-НПВП: диклофенаку, кетопрофену, и напроксена.
