Abstract

The inversed Preisach hysteresis model is widely used to realize the rapid coupling of hysteresis characteristics of core materials in finite element analysis. However, the small major hysteresis loop is difficult to be accurately simulated. In this paper, an improved inversed Preisach model based on an improved parametric distribution function is proposed. By analyzing the magnetic remanence, the waveform factor is coupled with the parametric distribution function, and the identification of the small major hysteresis loop is strengthened. The distribution function parameters can be found from the limit hysteresis loop through the optimization algorithm. In the numerical calculation process of the model, the amplitude correction coefficient in the discrete formula is extracted by the basic magnetization curve. Compared with the previous method, this method simulates the limit hysteresis loop well and has higher simulation accuracy for the small major hysteresis loops.
