Abstract

1. The concentrations of oxadiazon, CNP and chlomethoxynil in whole body of willow shiner ( Gnathopogon caerulescens) reached plateaus in 7 days exposure. 2. The average bioconcentration factors (BCF) in whole body of the fish were 1226 for oxadiazon, 5689 for CNP and 3930 for chlomethoxynil after 7–14 days exposure. 3. The excretion rate constants from whole body of the fish were 0.30 day −1 for oxadiazon, 0.10 day −1 for CNP and 0.21 day −1 for chlomethoxynil, assuming their excretion process to be first-order kinetics.
