Abstract
I will update the review published in the proceedings of the first Accretion Processes in Cosmic Sources (APCS) 2016 workshop (Giovannelli & Sabau-Graziati, 2016). A part of the figures used are the same since there are no reasons to justify a drastic change in the structure of the present review. However, it is my intention to show that every component of the Universe is bound to every other component and that the comfortable classifications that are usually used are nothing more than artifices to demonstrate their apparent diversity. In reality, we move from one class of cosmic sources to another continuously.
