Abstract
Since March 2022, the employer is obliged to keep records of micro-injuries (micro-injuries), in connection with which a new chapter 36.1 is introduced in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, a draft Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation «On approval of recommendations on accounting for micro-injuries (microinjuries) of employees» was also developed. It seems appropriate to consider certain aspects related to the changes being made, identify some problems and identify possible development prospects.
