Abstract
Some recently given examples of accidental degeneracies are shown to arise from an underlying supersymmetry. The appropriate dynamical supersymmetries are identified. The relevant spectrum-generating superalgebras for these supersymmetric quantum-mechanical systems are introduced and studied.
