Abstract

Oxygen saturation in cutaneous microcirculation has a great potential for the characterization of skin physiology. However, just using the hyperspectral imaging technique, the maps of oxygen saturation in cutaneous microcirculation could not be obtained with high resolution. Thus, in this work, two techniques, hyperspectral imaging and skin optical clearing technique, were used for the oxygen saturation measurement.
