Abstract
The access to care service is ajoint regulation of calls to the Centre 15 and to the 116 117. The objective is to make thecare pathway more fluid and to improve the orientation of the user through the collaboration of hospital and city health professionals to take care of emergencies andrequests for unscheduled care.
