Abstract
In the paper,the access methods of moving objects were summarized.Firstly,the moving objects indexing was classified according to the underlying structure:moving objects indexing in unconstrained space and moving objects indexing in network space.And then,the analysis of indexing for the past,now and the future location was presented.Finally,the future research direction of moving objects indexing was discussed.
