Abstract

Nowadays information technology has been used in various aspects of life, one of it is in education industry. In education industry the usage of information technology to deliver learning is known as online learning or we usually call it as E-learning. E-learning is an education concept that used information technology in learning and teaching process. This study’s purpose is to examine and analysis the acceptance level of E-learning system in Senior High School Students in Jakarta using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method and then analyze all the data collected using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) method. This result conducted to check and give recommendation regarding acceptance about e-learning that used in schools, especially in Senior High School in Jakarta. Roscoe method was used in this research and the maximum number of respondents were chosen to complete this research data. 500 respondents were asked to fill the questionnaire and all data had been collected by distributing questionnaires via online forms. This study’s result has proven that all hypotheses in this study have a positive and significant effect.
