Abstract

Today, the Indian economy is growing rapidly, which is possible because of the coexistence of large-scale industries and supportive auxiliaries of small-scale enterprises. Large-scale industries have sufficient infrastructure to maintain a robust accounting system. On the other hand, small enterprises or business entities perceptions and experience needed to know. Hence, the object of this study is to understand the acceptance of accounting software by small enterprises using the modern system of intelligent accounting. This study is based on the pilot survey of small business entities in Gwalior city. Survey data were analysed using the ANOVA and structural equation model. A sample of 60 respondents was taken, out of which 56 respondents are using accounting software on their business premises. Major contributing factors of selection were based on the respondents who are using accounting software.
