Acceptability of Vegetables in an Army Mess1

Miss Thiessen is Associate Professor of Research in Home Economics at the Agricultural Experiment Station and Miss Saylor was the Dietitian at the Army Mess Hall for soldiers engaged in the Army Specialized Training Program at the University of Wyoming campus. Marjorie Wells, one of the senior students who assisted in the study, is now in training as an Army dietitian; Peggy Carroll, the other student who assisted in making the checks, has completed her training as a dietitian.
