Abstract
Gold and C 60 cluster ions have been accelerated to MeV energies with the EN tandem accelerator at Erlangen. Negatively charged cluster ions were produced in the sputter source and accelerated through both stages of the accelerator. The identification of the MeV cluster ions was performed by time-of-flight and energy measurements.
