Abstract
The CoS2–MgS heterostructure combines the high catalytic activity of CoS2 (Co2+ oxidized to Co3+) and the fast Li+ migration kinetics of MgS, which significantly improve the C-rate performance and cycling stability of lithium–sulfur batteries.
