Abstract
오가피(Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seeman) 열매 10.0 kg을 실 온에서 70% EtOH 수용액으로 추출하고 이 추출물을 ethyl acetate (EtOAC) 분획, n-butyl alcohol 분획, H2O 분획으로 나 누었다. EtOAc 분획에 대하여 silica gel 및 octadecyl silica gel chromatography column chromatography를 반복 실시하여 4종의 화합물을 분리, 정제하였다. NMR, IR, EI/MS, 및 GC/ MS 등을 통하여 화합물 1(stigmasterol), 화합물 2(linoleic acid), 화합물 3(β-sitosterol), 화합물 4(stigmast-5-en-3β,7β-diol) 의 구조를 결정하였다.
