Abstract

As Bangladesh embarks on the journey of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into its educational landscape, this article presents a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities and challenges inherent in this transformative endeavor. The potential benefits of AI in education, including enhanced accessibility, personalized learning, and administrative efficiency, are examined within the unique socio-cultural context of Bangladesh. However, the ethical implications, such as data privacy concerns, equity issues, and the risk of depersonalizing education, must not be overlooked. Realistic implementations tailored to Bangladesh's contextual realities and infrastructural capabilities are emphasized, ensuring that AI integration aligns with educational objectives. Insights from academicians and experts, both locally and globally, highlight the significance of collaborative, ethical, and context-specific strategies. This article offers a roadmap for Bangladesh's educational institutions to harness the full potential of AI while maintaining a strong commitment to ethics, equity, and educational effectiveness.
