Abstract
A study of Korean studies academic works in Thailand in case of ThaiLIS database or Thai Library Integrated System. The objectives of this study was to analyzed the aspect or trends of Korean studies research: the content and survey the university in Thailand that proposed the Korean studies. The results of this study revealed that the time series data over the period 1977-2013. A total of 171 korean studies academic works were found. For analysis, the content of Korean studies academic works analyze from keyword of each academic works was divided into 11 terms: social tourism politics foreign affairs history language Trade unions culture science religion and economy.The greatest 32 percent of the contents was economy; culture 22 percent and language 14 percent. A total of 26 universities in Thailand that proposed the Korean studies research. Most of them were the University in Bangkok metropolitan area; Ramkhamhaeng University 21.64 percent Thammasat University 14.62 percent and Chulalongkorn University 9.94 percent The most of aspect or trends of Korean studies research in 1977-1987 were language 40 percent. After 1993 until 2014 most of academic works are economic language and culture.
