Abstract

Flux motion in a copper-oxide superconductor Bi(2223) was investigated by means of ac magnetic susceptibility measurement. Complex susceptibility was observed as functions of various temperature, frequency, amplitude of ac magnetic field and external dc magnetic field. We obtained irreversibility line, penetration depth and flux-pinning energies.
