Abstract

Different batches of quantum Hall samples are produced by PTB within the European project Quantum Hall. The AC characterization of the samples by IEN is part of the same project. For each device, the parasitic effects are analyzed by measuring the resistive and reactive components of the longitudinal impedance. First results are shown as examples.
