Abstract
The objective of this article is to make clear the difficulties found in the psychological treatment of the sexual abuse children when the mothers’ victims do no bet on their son. When these characteristics a re present, beside the difficulties and the abuse trauma, we have to add all the derived complica tions from the judicial process that is taken place at the same time and involve to all the family system’s members. Nor to have into account these considera tions is to obviate a very important part of the the rapeutic process which is related with the final prog nosis of the case. We also pretend with this article to share our experience in relation to our clinical work in a spe cialized service at the Local Administraton, based in a not hospital setting.
