Abstract
This fighter's case report addresses the importance of anamnesis and physical examination. The initial consultation was requested due to a simple complaint of arm allergy. During the clinical interview it was found a drop on physical performance, a history of illicit drugs abuse and wheezing on pulmonary auscultation. With this information it was possible to reach a surprising diagnosis, which is rare in adults and could have had a fatal outcome. The treatment was carried out successfully and the athlete returned to high-performance sports without restrictions.
