Abstract

This article investigates the analytical and approximate solutions of one of the well-known models of ocean engineering. This model is known with the fractional Benjamin-Ono (FBO) equation which describes the internal waves of deep-stratified fluids. It was introduced by Benjamin (1967) and Ono (1975). The extended Truncated expansion (ETE) method and the Adomian decomposition (AD) method are employed to extract the investigated model's novel solitary and accurate approximate solutions. The obtained solutions are simulated through some distinct graphs. The matching between both solutions is explained through some tables and graphs.
