Abstract
There are various management methods available for treatment of splenic artery aneurysm (SAA). However, there is still a lack of consensus regarding treatment of SAA in patients with portal hypertension (PHTN). We aim to evaluate outcomes of SAA embolization and to compare post-embolization complication rates in patients with and without PHTN.
