Abstract No. 592 How far we’ve come: comparison of fluoroscopy dose indices from the DIR-Fluoro pilot to the RAD-IR study

Abstract

The pilot phase of the American College of Radiology (ACR) Fluoroscopy Dose Index Registry (DIR-Fluoro) collected dose indices from fluoroscopically guided interventions (FGI) from March 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019. The DIR-Fluoro pilot was the first multisite, large-scale collection of such data since the RAD-IR study, for which data was collected in the late 1990s and early 2000s, and the study published in 2003.
