Abstract
Renal mass biopsy to make histology-driven management decisions is increasing in popularity. Many guidelines recommend coaxial technique to prevent seeding risk among other complications, although there is no high quality evidence-based literature. Our purpose is to compare the coaxial and non-coaxial techniques of renal mass core needle biopsy, to determine if coaxial technique is superior to non-coaxial technique.
