Abstract
Core biopsy is performed to on suspicious lung nodules to determine etiology and obtain tissue for molecular testing. The most common complication of core biopsy is pneumothorax. As obesity prevalence trends upwards worldwide, it is important to understand how changes in body mass index (BMI) affect outcome in patients requiring CT-guided lung biopsy.
