Abstract

The pathological understanding and medical management of May-Thurner Syndrome (MTS) has progressed significantly over time. However, there remains a paucity of data on diagnostic criteria and patient specific etiology to guide clinical management. The present abstract presents a biomechanics-based computational model to elucidate the cause of common iliac vein compression.
