Conclusion and/or Teaching Points: Parathyroid venous sampling is an effective tool in the evaluation of parathyroid adenoma, particularly in the setting of hyperparathyroidism and negative non-invasive imaging. Interventional radiologists should become familiar with this procedure as it may be a last resort imaging modality.
