Abstract

Abdominal lymphatics are traditionally very challenging to visualize due to difficulty in accessing the mesenteric lymphatic vessels. Intraoperative mesenteric lymphangiography was recently described for its better visualization. This study evaluated the technical feasibility and additional diagnostic value of intraoperative and percutaneous mesenteric lymphangiography in patients with chylous ascites or PLE.
