Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) located in watershed regions of segments IV and VIII are known to have arterial supply from both the left and the right hepatic arteries. In this study we report the incidence and detection of dual hepatic supply in HCC during transarterial chemoembolization. Implication on management of these tumors is also reported.
