Abstract
Traumatic pelvic fractures are associated with high morbidity and mortality due to the presence of life-threatening hemorrhage. While transcatheter arterial embolization is an established therapy for pelvic hemorrhage control in the adult trauma population, large scale studies supporting its application to pediatric patients remain sparse. This population-based study thus aims to assess the efficacy of transcatheter arterial embolization in the setting of pediatric pelvic fractures.
