Abstract

Hepatic hemangiomas are the most common benign tumors of the liver. Transarterial bleomycin–Lipiodol embolization (B/LE) is an effective alternative treatment for symptomatic hemangiomas. The purpose of this study is to investigate the long-term feasibility, efficacy, and safety of Transarterial bleomycin–Lipiodol embolization (B/LE) in the management of symptomatic giant liver hemangioma (GLH).
