Abstract

Abstract The explosion of digital health strategies has the potential to expand our reach across communities. Emerging technologies have the potential to reduce cancer health disparities by influencing lifestyle, genomics, and precision health care. However, evaluation of the impact of such technologies across marginalized groups is still in its infancy. As such, investigations into the connections between cancer health inequity and digital innovations are critical to actualize benefits evenly across communities. Otherwise, the use of technological innovations may be well be resisted or may lead to exacerbation of cancer disparities. This presentation will highlight emerging technologies in health research and strategies to leverage reduction of health disparities. Citation Format: Usha Menon.
