Abstract

Abstract K-Ras inhibitor resistance in PDAC is associated with metabolic reprogramming towards a high OXPHOS state. Existing inhibitors of components of the electron transport chain have on-target toxicities that limit their use in the clinic, highlighting an opportunity to develop mechanistically orthogonal approaches. In this talk, I discuss our development of molecular glue degraders that target metabolic vulnerabilities in K-Ras inhibitor resistant PDAC. Citation Format: Fleur M. Ferguson.
