Abstract

Multicentric Castleman Disease (MCD) is a lymphoproliferative disorder involving multiple lymph nodes and can be associated with human herpes 8 virus (HHV-8). Hyaline vascular (HV) MCD is rare, occurring in < 10% of cases. MCD with concomitant HIV negative Kaposi Sarcoma (KS) is also uncommon and can peculiarly present with adrenal insufficiency.
