Abstract
Abstract DBGC is a comprehensive database, integrating various gastric cancer related data resources. In this database, gastric cancer related transcriptomics projects, proteomics projects, mutations, biomarkers and drug sensitive genes from different sources were collected and unified. Besides, follow-up information and clinicopathological information of gastric cancer patients in Shanghai, China, were also integrated through ID-mapping. We believe that this database will greatly facilitate the research work of gastric cancer researchers.
