Abstract
Autoimmune hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism are two ends of a spectrum. Vaccination is proven to trigger an immune response resulting in autoimmune thyroid diseases. During the COVID-19 epidemic, all health care authorities recommended nationwide vaccination programs. Thyroid involvement after COVID-19 was reported, but thyroid affection after SARS-CoV-2 vaccine is not frequently reported in the literature.
