Abstract

Modulation of TSH secretion due to an elevated cortisol level has been documented, however, it is rare for ectopic Cushing syndrome to manifest as hypothyroidism. Here a case of ectopic Cushing is reported; the patient was referred with abnormal thyroid function test and was found to have Cushing syndrome due to ACTH production from his neuroendocrine tumor.
