Abstract
Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) is an autosomal recessive disorder with an incidence of 1:11,000-1:20,000 live births and is one of the most common causes of virilization in girls. Late onset CAH is caused by mutation in the *CYP21A2* gene. We present an interesting case; A 38 year of female who was initially diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), but later found to have late onset CAH by further testing.
