Abstract
Diabetes in pregnancy is increasing in the United States. Strict glucose control during pregnancy is extremely important for both the health of the mother and baby. The use of technology in diabetes is a rapidly evolving area and revolutionizing the way diabetes is managed. This study is designed as a randomized open-labeled clinical trial to enroll a total of 30 women with a diagnosis of pregestational type 2 diabetes, randomly assigned to real-time continuous glucose or cellular-enabled glucometer glucose monitoring.
