Abstract

Fabry disease (FD) is a rare X-linked inborn error of metabolism resulting from the deficiency of a- galactosidase A. It causes multi organ involvement including severe renal and cardiac manifestations. Bone involvement has been suggested in multiple studies, with osteoporosis being the leading bone manifestation in FD. We describe here a case of FD with multiple non traumatic fractures.
