Abstract

Pituitary apoplexy (PA) involves infarction or hemorrhage of a pituitary adenoma with symptoms including headache, nausea, decreased visual acuity, temporal visual field deficit, ophthalmoplegia, and altered mental status. We present a 38-year-old female with acute headache and ophthalmoplegia who was found to have COVID-19 and PA.
